By establishing a full-time Training and Development Department at Cohn Construction Services, we have established a commitment to ensure the company provides guidance, counsel, and direction to all employees for their career development initiatives.
In order to best serve our Employees career development, we offer several programs:

Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Cohn Construction Services has launched a 3-year, multi phased training process for Project Managers to include; Contract Development, Cost Estimating, Identification of Project Risks, Managing Procurement, Advanced Project Scheduling, Project Communications, and Project Closeout.
Similarly, Field Superintendent training includes a 2-year training program that includes; Soils and Foundations, Earthmoving and Excavating, Concrete Fundamentals, Structural Steel, Commercial Structural Building Systems, Roofing and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Practices.
