Cohn Construction Services, LLC is scheduled to complete the new multi-tenant retail and office space at the Killian’s Crossing space in July of this year.
The 20,000 square-foot space is the first phase of this Killian’s Crossing project, and will feature 12 individual tenant spaces that will filled upon completion.
The current site already features a Kroger Marketplace anchored lifestyle center, and will feature Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, Applebee’s, Hardee’s and Starbucks along with Federal Founders Federal Credit Union which announced its plans two weeks ago.
Killian’s Crossing offers 400 acres of retail, residential and commercial space located at I-77 and Killian Road in Northeast Columbia. Plans for the shopping center include major national retailers, boutiques, restaurants, hotels, apartments and a movie theater.
