Columbia, SC, October 18, 2017– Cohn Construction announces Brian E. Pattison as Vice President Pre-Construction.
Brian joined Cohn Construction 4 years ago, as the Director of Construction, where he successfully managed the construction team and expanded Cohn’s project portfolio and capabilities. With a career focused in Design-Build Development and Construction projects, this new role will allow Brian to use his expertise in managing Cohn’s pre-construction team. As an integral part of Cohn’s pre-construction process, Brian will manage our multidiscipline construction team and will oversee the development of efficient ways to serve the company’s clients.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. He maintains an active membership with local contractors’ association, the American Society of Healthcare Engineering, a graduate of Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate and Class of 2011 graduate of Leadership Columbia. He also serves on the Building and Grounds Committee at Lexington Baptist Church.
