City Center Partnership Appoints Richard Cohn to Board

Columbia, SC— City Center Partnership, a leader in downtown development with South Carolina’s first Business Improvement District, has appointed Richard Cohn, Sr. to its board.

City Center Partnership provides economic development, marketing services, and public advocacy for the downtown Columbia area within Gervais, Elmwood, Assembly, and Marion streets.

Richard is the founding member of Cohn Construction Services, which is currently celebrating its twenty third year as a leader in commercial, medical, and dental construction and development across the southeast. . Richard has become a prominent member of the Midlands Community through his civic involvement. He currently serves as Chairman of the Planning Commission, President of the Tree of Life Congregation, and formerly sat on the board of directors for both the South Carolina Philharmonic and the Wofford Terrier Club. At this time he is a member of the American Arbitration Association and former Rotarian service.
