CHARLESTON, SC, May 14, 2020– Cohn Construction Services has completed the construction of Advanced Dentistry of South Carolina at 1014 St. Andrews Blvd. in West Ashley.
The new luxury 2,400 SF facility, located inside of the Tenfourteen office building, is home to Kotary YOMI Implant Surgery Center & Oral Surgery and Essential Aesthetics.
The suite includes three operation rooms, two esthetician rooms, an office, staff lounge and two labs. The spacious reception area showcases two unique interior designs to distinguish the aesthetics side of the office from the oral surgery center. Clients are greeted with a warm modern atmosphere complete with a LED water vapor fire place and Starbucks Coffee machine. The suite has custom cabinetry, modern finishes and accent walls throughout.
Dr. Eddie Kotary is an awarded winning general dentist who has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Kotary was the first general dentist to use YOMI robotic assistance for guided implant surgery, as well as, the first to use this technology to complete 100 implant cases.
Cohn Construction Services partnered with Kappler Design and GMK Engineering to design this project.
