BLYTHEWOOD, SC, June 2, 2020– Cohn Construction Services has completed the new manufacturing operations facility for Patterson Fan at the Northpoint Industrial Park in Blythewood, SC.
The new 15,000-square-foot facility includes manufacturing warehouse, private offices, break room, loading dock with three dock doors and two additional overhead doors.
“Patterson Fan expansion growth started in 1995 when we first moved our business to Northpoint Industrial Park,” said Vance Patterson, President and CEO of Patterson Fan “since then we have expanded and added two additional buildings to accommodate the increasing demand of our fans.”
Patterson Fan’s total manufacturing space now totals to 75,000-square-feet. As business continues to grow so does the company’s plans to expand to accommodate the increasing demand of its product.
