COLUMBIA, SC, May 30, 2017– Cohn Construction Services has relocated their corporate office to 1556 Main Street.
1556 Main Street is a 4-story 31,000-square foot building is located on the corner of Main Street and Taylor Street. Its occupants include 1556 Main Street Public House, Ally & Eloise bakery and now Cohn Construction Services.
The interior office space renovation preserved many of the original building features, has exposed brick walls and clean modern finishes.
The building is the former location of the McCrory Store and is diagonally across the intersection from Mast General Store. The structure was built in 1939, according to county property records, and its iconic façade has been maintained through the renovation.
