Columbia, SC, December 1, 2020– Cohn Corporation’s construction team completes the renovation of Femme x Columbia. The project consisted of a total renovation of the 5,300 SF historic building at 1501 Richland Street. The renovation includes modifications to the floor plan and cosmetic updates throughout the property. The entire exterior façade of the property was restored and repainted in accordance with DDRC approvals. This historic location is a corner fixture in the Landmark District of Historic Columbia.
