ST. GEORGE, SC, June 1, 2021– The construction team at Cohn Corporation has completed the new Southeastern distribution and warehousing project for Dockside Logistics, LLC. Dockside Logistics, LLC worked with Dorchester County to establish a location in South Carolina that could handle their growing demand in the Charleston market. The nearly 100,000 SF facility includes an expansive loading dock with 2-acre truck court and large parking lot for employees. In addition to the exterior improvements, Cohn Corporation upfitted all of warehouse space, complete with a 2,500 SF structural steel mezzanine, 6,800 SF of finished office space and installed the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.
