NEW 20,060 SF FLEX INDUSTRIAL BUILDING COMPLETED ALONG I-20

Columbia, SC, September 24th, 2025 – Cohn Construction has completed a new 20,060 SF flex industrial building off I-20 in Northeast Columbia.

Delivered in partnership with Walker Development and Trinity Partners, Newland Road Speculative Building is designed to accommodate a variety of small to mid-sized businesses. The building features clear span construction with a 22-foot clear height and three tenant suites with modern office and warehouse space with a storage mezzanine.
