Excel Truck Center - Columbia is a 50,600 SF building with 9,600 SF of office space, two express truck service bays and 12,000 SF of parts storage including a 4,600 SF steel composite mezzanine. The 25,000 SF of service bays includes 18 standard service bays with access to a 3-ton bridge crane, four compressed natural gas rated bays and an interior wash bay. The office and parts storage portion of the building is constructed of steel with light guage metal framing and a TPO roof system. The office is complete with dedicated sales space including a retail showroom, service center, driver's lounge and dedicated technician space.
