The Excel Truck Center is a 70,510 SF pre-engineered metal building with a 9,000 SF structural canopy and 8,265 SF supplemental training building. The buildings' exterior features brick, EIFS and insulated architectural metal panels. The office portion has a composite deck mezzanine and roof system and houses the sales office, parts sales, service center and the 13,000 SF parts warehouse. The service portion of the building includes 36 truck service bays complete with two 3-ton bridge cranes, compressed air distribution and power distribution for tools, welders and vehicle lifts.
