John's RV is a 43,990 SF pre-engineered metal building with a 34,200 SF service area with 16 interior service bays, 16 exterior service bays, parts storage and a dedicated technician area. Each service bay has compressed air connections, dedicated 30-amp & 50-amp circuits and water connections. The sales and service center have retail space, a driver's lounge, office space and a large interior area for an RV showroom. The 21-acre site sits along a major interstate and has 160 RV display spaces. For maximum visibility the right-of-way was daylighted up to the delineated wetlands buffer.
