The Joint Municipal Water and Sewer Commission Office Building project included the renovation of an existing 6,630 SF building and a 3,680 SF expansion. Renovations featured a new façade and roof system, a new Commission Chamber, and upgrades to the electrical and mechanical systems. The expansion provided additional office and meeting space for the management and engineering divisions. The project also included a new 6,200 SF pre-engineered metal building Operations Center, which houses offices for the maintenance staff.
