Joint Municipal Water and Sewer Commission Office Building renovation to 2,350 SF of existing office space and a 3,680 SF addition to an existing office building. The office space holds the management and engineering divisions. The renovation was completed in four phases to maximize time efficiency for their existing staff working on the property during construction.
