The Pete Store - Asheville project involved the renovation of an existing 30,000 SF pre-engineered metal building. The 18,000 SF service area includes 12 fully equipped service bays featuring compressed air, natural gas, and both used and clean oil systems. The 12,000 SF office area consists of a driver's lounge, a parts department with retail space, and 5,700 SF dedicated to parts storage.
