The Pete Store - Greer is a 48,500 SF conventional steel building with a 7,400 SF free standing canopy. The service area is 26,000 SF and houses 21 fully conditioned service bays, an interior wash bay, an interior detailing bay and two outdoor service bays. The bays are complete with compressed air systems, used and clean oil systems and a 5-ton bridge crane. The 22,500 SF office area includes a service area with a driver's lounge, a parts area with retail space and 5,200 SF of parts storage. The building is fully sprinkled with in-rack sprinklers at the parts storage racking. The 14-acre site consists of a 8.5-acre parking lot which required a 20' tall retaining wall. SERVICE:
