Located in Charleston's Downtown Historic District, 360 King Street was the renovation of a three-story composite steel, wood, and masonry structure into 10 luxury apartments. The renovation included repairs to the historical windows, custom millwork, and all new building systems. The ground floor consisted of a 5,200 SF retail space.
