The 1556 Main Street project includes three 7,300 SF floors with office suites and a 7,700 SF main floor restaurant suite. Being on the historic registry, the exterior original façade and storefront system was restored and throughout the building the original masonry and plaster was preserved and remains exposed. To bring the building into modern day code, renovations included modifying the structure to provide a second stairwell and the addition of a fire suppression system. A 35kW solar system was also added to the roof.
