The Teale Navy Yard Apartments project is a renovation of an existing motel into micro-apartments in the City of North Charleston. The conversion of the 101 rooms to apartments required a new electrical service, the addition of fire suppression and kitchenettes in every room. A new in-ground pool was installed within the exisiting parking lot. The added amenity spaces include a gym, club house, business center and renovation to the exisiting on-site laundry facilities.  SERVICE:
