Cohn Corporation restored and renovated the historic Klondike Building at 1813 Main Street into boutique apartments. Originally a government office building, the restoration focused on elevating the 1961 structure to the original mid-century modern appearance while adhering to National Park Service standards. The renovations included a build-out of 30 apartments, a lounge, a gym and the addition of a private rooftop patio.
