Located in Downtown Lexington, 101 West Main is an adaptive re-use of a two-story, 100-year-old building. The structure is comprised of nominal lumber and triple-wythe brick. A conventional steel expansion to the building was made and houses an elevator and a modern steel staircase. The renovation included a restaurant space on the first floor and a Class A office space above. Interior finishes include hardwood flooring, wood framing, and accent beams to emphasize the modern industrialized renovations. The office space features modern ductwork, butt glazed glass office, and a specialty collborative breakroom space with glass tile and solid surface countertops.
