Located in Downtown Lexington, 101 West Main was the renovation of a two-story, 100-year-old building. The structure is comprised of nominal lumber and triple-wythe brick. The renovation included a restaurant space on the first floor and a class A office space above. Interior finishes include hardwood flooring, wood framing, and accent beams to emphasize the modern industrialized renovations. The office space features modern ductwork, butt glazed glass office, and specialty collaborative breakroom space with glass tile and solid surface countertops.
