The GoAtlas project consisted of the development of 4-acres of the 9.74-acre site in Ridgeville, SC. The construction of a 31,200 SF sign manufacturing facility includes 10,500 SF of conditioned office and production space, along with 20,700 SF of assembly and warehouse space. Designed for operational efficiency, the building features clear-span construction, a 22-foot eave height, and an expansive truck court to support logistics and distribution needs. The project also involved the mitigation of on-site wetlands, requiring careful coordination with environmental agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
