Cohn Construction Services completed a 42,050 square-feet RV service and sales facility that includes approximately 9,980 square-feet of office/showroom/parts space and 15,700 square-feet of maintenance and repair shop space. This new facility, located at 135 Business Park Drive Lexington, SC, will be the new home to the RV retailer. The showroom features a large glass overhead dock doors, architectural concrete floors and modern camping inspired features.
The 83-acre lot located off of Longs Pond Road at I-20 has been cleared and the site has been tiered like an amphitheater to showcase their expansive inventory from the interstate. The family business sells travel trailers, pop up folding campers, fifth wheels, and class A motor homes by Roadtrek, Forest River, Palomino and Keystone. John’s RV has been selling new and used RVs to customers throughout the Midlands for more than 40 years.
