Summerville, SC, March 4, 2020– Cohn Construction Services has completed the new dental facility for the Palmetto Family Dentistry team located at 176 Tyvola Road in Summerville, SC.
The 4,600-square-foot, one and a half story medical office features six dental exam and clinical rooms, a large waiting and reception area, two offices, a staff break room, a lab and sterilization area.
“In the very short time we have been in this new building, our practice has grown exponentially,” said Dr. Jon Wimer, owner of Palmetto Family Dentistry “We have received many calls about our facility from potential new patients and the growth we anticipate will be amazing.”
The Palmetto Family Dentistry team is looking forward to future expansion in this new facility. The first-floor offices and breakroom have below-slab plumbing to accommodate future conversion into additional dental exam rooms. The additional floor has also been left as a clean slate to allow for customization in further expansion plans. Palmetto Family Dentistry was previously located at 1815 Old Trolley Road in the Oakbrook Center. This new facility at Tyvola Road will allow the team to accept new patients and better serve the Summerville area.
