The Pete Store facility sits on a 12 Acre site and features a modern showroom, service center and warehouse. The Cohn Corporation team has extensive expertise in developing truck centers with past projects that include the construction of Excel Truck Center in Columbia, SC, Johns RV in Lexington, SC and The Pete Store in Greer, SC.
The new Pete Store is located off Rolling Meadows Lane and faces I-20, off exit 115. Located in Sandy Run, SC, this area is also home to Dominion Energy South Carolina Headquarters, the Amazon Fulfillment Center and Nephron Pharmaceuticals.
